Website Shiftu Technology Pvt.Ltd.

We are looking for a talented Infrastructure Operations (InfraOps, DevOps) engineer to join our team and lead our cloud vision and help get our products in the hands of the people that will use them every day.

Here are a few things that we need you to be good at:

Designing, implementing, and maintaining cloud infrastructure
Micro-service based architecture and Serverless deployment
Building and scaling fault-tolerant application pipelines running on Amazon Web Services (EC2, S3, RDS, Aurora, Lambda, Batch, Cognito, Secrets Manager, etc) and Microsoft Azure (Azure Active Directory / Identity Management, Azure Storage, Azure API Management, Azure Kubernetes Service, Azure Functions / Serverless, etc.)
Capacity planning and scaling, CDN, load balancer setup, caching, compute optimizations, continuous integration, delivery pipelines, etc.
Experience with Docker, and building databases to handle high volume and high load
Data security, protection, and privacy
Management, events, logs, etc.
Solid experience with Linux and system administration
Terraform, Cloudformation, Jenkins, etc.
Coding and scripting abilities (Python, bash, shell, SQL, etc.)
AWS/Azure Certifications
You’ll be responsible for things like:

Network Architecture
Identity and Access Management
Network and application security, encryption, and system hardening
Certificate and key management
Logging, monitoring, and performance
Data migration, back up and redundancy, disaster recovery
Deployment orchestration
Billing monitoring
And these will score you some bonus points if you have some knowledge and experience of them:

Experience deploying cloud infrastructure for machine learning and artificial intelligence
Experience working with scalable networking technologies like load balancers, firewalls, web standard (REST APIs, web security mechanisms)
Experience working with other deployment and orchestration technologies (such as Kubernetes, Mesos, OpenStack, Puppet, Chef, Salt, Ansible)
Solid understanding of open source server software (such as NGINX, RabbitMQ, Redis, Elasticsearch).
Service Mesh (Istio, Linkerd)
Kong or Apigee API Gateways
International IT security practices and standards
Familiarity with other cloud platforms like IBM Cloud
In addition, we’ll likely get along really well if you:

Constantly reflect on system design and modularization
Feel mildly ashamed when someone finds a hole you didn’t think of (i.e. you test your work before considering them “done”) or when something goes down
Are a purist at heart, but a pragmatist in practice
Care little about the buzz in AI and rather enjoying finding new solutions to challenging problems
What you’ll be doing

We are using natural language processing, machine learning, and A.I. to solve some of the most interesting and challenging problems facing the world today. Making sure everything runs smoothly is the heart of everything we do, so you’d be coming in near the ground floor with a chance to contribute ideas as much as concrete/production architecture. As our lead cloud engineer, you’ll be designing, implementing, and maintaining the cloud infrastructure and bringing our products to the world.

Still here? Good.

If this sounds like a good fit for you, apply for the job here. Please include links to whatever credentials or sample work you prefer to share (e.g. résumé, portfolio, github, linkedin, etc).

In Other’s Words

I am satisfied with the up-gradation done by Shiftu for my site. I appreciate your fixing the on page issues as you described. That says a lot about your company and I would be happy to say that I was very happy with your work. I hope we can stay in touch and I will be happy to give references for you.
